XONOTU 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTEE

We make the Amoeba Trek Pants to withstand regular use in the outdoors. If your pants develop a genuine manufacturing fault, Xonotu will provide warranty coverage for two years from the date your order is delivered. Introduced from 20/09/2026.

WARRANTEE COVERAGE

Examples of issues that may qualify for warranty service include:

• Stitching or seams that fail because of a manufacturing fault
• Zips, fasteners, buttons, or other hardware that malfunction due to a manufacturing defect
• Material or fabric faults present as a result of production
• Structural or construction issues that affect the normal function of the garment

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not extend to damage or deterioration resulting from:

• Ordinary wear from regular use
• Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Failure to follow the garment's washing and care instructions
• Contact with sharp surfaces, or other abrasive materials
• Exposure to unusually harsh environments or conditions
• Cosmetic changes such as fading, pilling or staining etc
• Issues relating to fit, sizing, comfort, or personal preference

Because the Amoeba Trek Pants are designed for outdoor use, some signs of use and abrasion are an expected part of their lifespan and are not considered manufacturing defects.

MAKING A WARRANTEE CLAIM

To request an assessment, please contact INFO@XONOTU.COM and include:

1. Your order number or proof of purchase
2. A brief explanation of the problem
3. Several clear photographs showing the affected area

We may request further information or photographs if needed to determine the cause of the issue.

Each claim is assessed individually. Where a defect is determined to be covered by this warranty, Xonotu may choose to repair the pants, replace them, or provide store credit. The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the fault and the availability of the product.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Coverage is available to the original purchaser only.
• Proof of purchase may be required before a claim can be processed.
• The warranty period starts on the date of delivery and lasts for two years.
• A replacement item or completed repair does not create a new warranty period or extend the original expiry date.
• Xonotu may decline claims where the reported damage falls outside the coverage described above.
• This warranty covers manufacturing faults and is not intended to cover damage resulting from normal use, accidents, or the conditions in which outdoor clothing may be used.

STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

This limited warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law provides protections that cannot be excluded or limited by a warranty, those protections continue to apply.
