Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to XONOTU. This Deliveries and Returns Policy outlines our procedures for delivering your orders and accepting returns. By making a purchase from our website www.xonotu.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by this policy.

Deliveries

a. Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship orders within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Some items may be pre-order meaning they will be processed and shipped after the date stated at the bottom of the product listing.

b. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping address and the chosen shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. US taxes and duties are included in the price as of 18/03/26.

c. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard and express options. The estimated delivery times and costs for each method are provided during the checkout process. Please note that while we do our best to provide reliable shipping options we cannot control any delays in shipping that may occur.

However, if you do see any delays to your shipping please let us know as soon as possible via email (info@xonotu.com) and we will do our best to assist.

d. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's status and estimated delivery date using the provided tracking number.

e. Shipping Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address we are not responsible for items not received. We may also be unable to change the address after your order is placed. In the event your address is incorrect please contact at: info@xonotu.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this change. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if/when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
